The long Movement

Today we live in a technological and interactive world and one of the biggest challenges on a global scale is the balance between development and environment.

When industrialization, globalization and growing populations require a large amount of resources and create intense pollutants (almost unlimited air pollution) with a greater and greater impact on cities and suburban areas, the awakening of a collective ecological conscience to the issues of urban mobility and the creation of environments with increasingly sustainable ecosystems are relevant contributions for the reduction of greenhouse gases.

The use of fossil resources and more recently electricity and lithium batteries to support mobility has significant ecological and environmental costs, generates high levels of pollution and higher energy consumption and these effects need to be minimized.

And the user, doing sustainable choices, replacing the car by walking or cycling, is reducing the consumption of these resources and their carbon footprint and also improving their physical fitness. It is a way of urban mobility that preserves ecosystems reducing air pollution and energy consumption.

Ouiftapp is a social platform and mobile application that allows measure calorie lost while exercising, quantify the value of CO2 not produced and electricity (kWh) not consumed by users making environmental and sustainable choices, valuing their ecological footprint and rewarding these actions.

And this unproduced CO2 and unconsumed electricity (kWh) have a value. The user earns digital credits and can use them to participate in games or exchange them for products/services in companies that join the system in a network of partners on a global scale.

A dynamic that brings benefits to all users committed to reducing atmospheric pollution and electrical consumption, financially and environmentally rewarded; more ecologically sustainable cities; organizations, small and large companies increasing their visibility, creating business and economic opportunities locally and globally.

The symbolism of water drop represents contact with nature and the balance between individuals, economy and environment in a responsible attitude preserving ecosystems and natural resources.

The color

The website/app was made using cyan blue as a base color, a unique blend of green and blue. This color it’s also known as greenish-blue or bluish-green.

It’s a web color tone that’s somewhere between turquoise and aquamarine. It may be used as a complementary color to green, as it has a similar hue.  

It’s the color of the sea at small depths and the color of the sky in the early morning hours.

Cyan was always considered a happy color, before the world was full of millions of vehicles lost in traffic and long lines for parking spaces – before you could find this color in just about anything at any time.
